Modifying VCS configuration

We recently purchased an ex Australian Porsche Carrera Cup Car, a 2012 Porsche 997.2. It's fitted with the series in-car video capture system Motec VCS, it also has the Motec ADL2 Porsche dash.

We are wanting unlock the VCS system so we can modify audio settings and delete videos etc? As it is configured currently it's not possible as it was locked for the Carrera Cup series we believe?

Anyone have any advice on whether this is possible and if so, how?
