Optimize injection timing

Unfortunately there is no one (simple) calculation.
There are simply too many variables that effect the actual injection timing position.

On normally aspirated engines with ITB's, its relatively simple to do on a dyno as you can see the effect as you make changes to the position with other combinations you need to look at lambda values to work it out.
