Sequential injection without camshaft sensor?

Hey guys, I have a "small" question to ask:

I have a 2 cylinder 500cc 4-stroke engine with a shared plenum for both cylinders. The engine doesn't have a camshaft sensor. It's crankshaft sensor uses a 12-1 trigger wheel. Since both cylinders have a shared plenum, I understand I can't synch through the MAP sensor. The thing is, both pistons are at TDC together, but at different cycles. So I know there are 360 degrees of offset between each injection event, were it to run sequential. Would it be possible to set the ECU to activate a different injector every 360 degrees of crank, or am I doomed to have group injection?

Thanks in advance!
