engine falls down after rev

hi, we're working on our formula student project.
Our engine is a CB500 with ristricted inlet ( 2cm tube ).

The engine runs good at idle and when we accelerate over the whole rpm range.
but when we rev to high and let the throttle loose, the engine goes under idle rpm and turns off.
the same when we drive and take the clutch, the engine falls down too.

wich setting do we need to check to solve this problem? cause the decel only works shortly after kicking the throttle.

Useful information for a question like this would be:

-- What ECU model are you using?
-- Can you post your config, or a logged data file demonstrating the problem. (if you don't post your config, you will need to supply much more info -- such as what the load axis is for fuel table, what ignition timing you are using, ref/sync mode, etc.)
-- What have you tried... and with what results.
-- do you have any diagnostic errors?

problem is solved when idle speed is higher.
High idle isn't a problem in our racecar so no further help is needed.
But thanks for the reaction. i will keep your tips in mind
