Critical sensors

Hi all
I have the following sensors on my M130 attached (eventually) to a Nissan V6 running ITB and Naturally Aspirated -
Coolant temp
Oil temp
Oil pressure
Fuel temp
Fuel pressure
Lambda (two, one per bank via LTCD)
Throttle position
Air pressure (One, assuming this is going to just be barometric)
Air temperature (One, assuming this is going to just be air box temperature)
Gear position (Hewland sequential box)
Knock sensor (single mounted in the middle of the V)
Keeping in mind my limited number of input (albeit to improve with the next GPA release, thanks!), are there any other important sensors, possibly even more important than above?
Any other comments welcome....owing to a number of unfortunate circumstances I am having to be engine builder/ECU installer/wiring loom manufacturer/milling maching operator/welder/customer etc and am more than willing to accept more experienced advice.
