Hi Guys
I have the polarity set to zero and seemingly, all the piping and plumbing is correct. Now, The aim boost table is set in this way:
RPM: 0 1k 2k 3k 4k 5k 6k 6500k 7k 8k
0 6 6 6 6 6 6 6 6 6
Auxiiary Out Put Function >OUT 6- Boost Control>Paramemter
Frequency 16
Polarity 0
Output Mode 0
Auxiiary Out Put Function >OUT 6- Boost Control>Table
RPM 3K 4K 4.5K 5K 5.5K 6K 6.5K 7K
0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
Proportional Gain
2.00
Integral Gain
2.00
Derivation Gain
2.00
Boost Main Duty
0
Boost Max Duty (%)
100
Positive Integral Clamp
0
Negative Integral Clamp
0
This is how the current system mapped on my car - in-terms of boost setting
No matter, what number I enter, The car dont boost above 0.5 Bar of a Boost.
The wastegate is Brand new from Tial 60mm and currently has 7psi spring
The turbo is GT42
The Engine is Triple Rotor, Rotary powered 20b!
The Down Pipe is 5 inches and 4 inches of exhaust thereafter including the back box.
The wiring to the Greddy Boost Solenoid is checked and seems to receive decent and correct signals.
I am looking to up the boost to 1.2 Bar.
Any advise for me?

Define how the control solenoid is plumbed into the WG. .7 bar spring may limit your max boost depending how its plumbed.

Hi There Scott
I believe I am having those one of the dumb moments, but can elaborate as to what you are trying to ask me!
This is how I understood your question, the greddy control solenoid is plumbed according to the manual and I am using this wastegate
http://www.tialsport.com/index.php/tial ... tes/43-v60 I have a 3 Bar map sensor and the solenoid is clicking when tested through the Utilities>Test Output/sensors of the ECU software.
Any help from you in this regard is deeply appreciated!
Cheers

I believe he is asking for how your boost control solenoid is plumbed to the ports on the waste gate. Ports are identifed on this picture:
http://www.tialsport.com/documents/MV-Install-Guide.jpg7psi is about .5 bar, so your wastegate is acting like the top port is open, and the bottom ports are connected to your pressure source.

Any more suggestions?

Good day.
Scott@FP has shared a wealth of information which thoroughly discuss the task of electronic boost control, if you have the time it will be well worth your while to view each video as it might give you added clarity for the task at hand as well as future tasks you might be undertaking. The MoTeC Australia YouTube Channel is truly an excellent source for learning about the specifics which pertain to the available products offered by MoTeC as well as the technologies which they use for operation.
However, I think that a visual drawing or rough sketch of how the line plumbing for the solenoid value might better help us to help you. It doesn't have to be too fancy, but it should be clear enough to illustrate an accurate reflection of how the lines have been run and connected. Also, it might be worth the while to look at how the solenoid itself is responding to the instructions being issued by the MoTeC box. Whether or not it is responding is only half of the scenario, the other half would be to observe what the valve is doing in response to the instructions being given. For this an oscilloscope will be necessary. Again, it doesn't have to be terribly fancy, but functional enough to capture the signals. For this exercise you might want to change the instructions to force the valve to operate differently.
Worst case scenario and this is purely at your own discretion, you can provide you calibration file for review as there might be a configuration setting which is hindering appropriate solenoid operation. My apologies if you were looking for a more definitive, direct or even a much more proactive solution but the truth is that there are no magical steps; everything has a designated procedure to follow.
Hope this helps you, cheers!

The polarity was wrong on the car!
and I was looking elsewhere to sort this problem out! Thanks for the input guys and I will upload a dyno sheet up very soon.
