Injectors won't spray

Hi everyone,

I have an issue where we have just built a custom loom for my m400.
If we test the injector drivers they work but as soon as we crank the engine there is nothing and no fuel :(

There is spark. I replaced a faulty crankcase sensor and have all good readings from this.

Could it be a bad earth?
Any help appreciated as I'm at the end now

so do you have 12v at the injectors whilst cranking ?

Tbh I'm pretty sure my tuner said there was...
We have fuel pressure..there is fuel at the rail...spark...then you crank the engine and nothing..plugs out and it's dry as a bone..

The caris killing me slowly

Have you got the correct setup for the injectors?

What IJPU do you have?

Are there any big negative fuel trims?

Does your tuner work on MoTeC's all the time or is he just a "Tuner"?

Check for 12v at the injectors, and check for a signal, both whilst cranking.

I got the same proble while I used M84.
When I test the injector,it can spray successfully. However, the injector can't spray when I crank.

I have check almost everything:
1.the voltage of injector is 12.9V,the spark is always ok.
2.the rpm is continuous
3.my IJPU is 17
4.APW is positive
5.i2 suggested that I got REF/SYNC syncronised 1

Have you tried the test output function?

Yes, I have. The test output is ok. And when I use 12V lithium battery, the injector can't spray. However, when I use External starting power the spray can spray successfully. Besides, when the car is hot,the injector can spray normally with only lithium battery. Is it the problem of my lithium battery? My lithium battery can support about 13V.
