Training?

I looked on EFI site http://www.efi101.com/schedule.php?cat=ALL&country=ALL and there are no specific MoTeC courses listed anywhere through EFI.
Also nothing on the motec site other than a TBD i2 course: http://www.motec.com.au/seminars/datesAU/

Considering the EFI-101 as I have a trip soon, so I could shoe horn it in.

Questions are:
1) Do I need a course, or should I just review the webinars?
2) Why are there no courses? - I assume that maybe there is so much out there that people either do not need them, or choose ECU options and tuning options that do not require a course. Either maps that are pre-existing or other??
