Getting ECU data (pre mapping)

OK I have a new m800 but want to get lambda, and EGT with the current ECU as a function of throttle position and RPM. (Ideally as TP-cell)
Plus the new ECU is in no hurry to go in, as the existing one is running.

What is the best way to go about that?

I have an ACL, so was thinking about wiring in the CRIP and CAM sensors and logging the data. Does that show the TP as cell value or do I need to get the TP as voltage? (But then what to do for the RPM?)

The goal is to have some data as standard before the new map/ECU.
