Please help with Miss or Mixtures Issue

Hey guys,
Quick run down on setup:
4G93 (1.8lt Mitsubishi Engine) (8.2:1 comp, Intake 238’ @ 1mm 10.41mm lift, exhaust 223’ @ 1mm 9.83mm lift)
GT3076 (0.63 Exh housing) @ 24ish psi (not in this log though)
363 injectors stock reg, walbro intank with 10 gauge direct feed
3” exhaust high flow cat, intercooler, etc etc
Tuned via M4 (map sensor Delco 3 bar)
I have this issue with the mixtures on my car, at first I thought it was missing / spark blow out, but I have changed plugs, leads, coils, ignition module, wiring to coils / module etc.
Although I can’t feel the car missing or hesitating anymore as you can see in the logs the mixtures are all over the place, however the map is all smooth.
The main section I want people to look at is the injector duty cycle as it is quite jumpy I have looked at the trims in the logging (Fuel Actual pulse width, Vs fuel effective pulse width) and across the whole rev range it is about 0.3 or 0.4 difference.
So I have stopped looking into the spark side of things, as I want to know why the injector duty is jumpy as I think that might be the key.
If anyone has suggestions please let me know, or if there is any more information you need just ask (I didn’t want to post a 1000 word novel with information that isn’t relevant).
Any suggestions please let me know as I am going Heathcote tomorrow and hope to fix it by then.
I should also add this setup used to be fine all i did was put the engine in another car, now i have rewired everything, but i did a lot better job this time, also coil wireing and leads run no where near cam or crank sensor wireing.
Thank you in advance
Jason
