I am attempting to use a relatively dated PLM with out-dated firmware. Will not accept most recent software upgrade. I am assuming that the reason for this is the outdated firmware.

Am I correct in my assumption and how do I correct this? Can I perform the firmware upgrade? If yes, where do I get access to the latest firmware. How is the firmware upgrade installed? Thanks for any help with this.

A PLM Is not able to be up dated in the field You need to find your closest Dealer and send it to them for up dating
