Computing VE (Volumetric Efficiency)

Is there an easy way to compute volumetric efficiency without mass air flow?

Knowing the injector's cc/min and their injection duration I know the fuel used.
Knowing the Lambda then I know the air ingested.
I suspect that there are probably some subtleties???

You can work out how much fuel is being injected but Lambda is a mass measurement so converting the mass of air in to a volume is a little more complicated because it is dependent on pressure, temperature and humidity. You could make some assumptions based on ambient pressure and temperature but this will not give you a very acurate result because it is the condition of the air in the cylinder we really need to know about.
