Boost is flat and nice Sensor is Bosch 400kPa with integrated AT sensor. Wastegate control valve is E75 stock VW and is working perfect. There was no pain to set up PID and tube network this time.

Actuator is 52mm diameter from the stock setup with modified mounts. There is no place behind the engine to fit bigger one.

Like Ign advance, Duty Cycle, knock?
What fuel were you running and Specs.
Why do you have that flutuation with the lambda, if your boost was stable?
Are you running hi/lo injectors?
If you could add the log file it will help to understand the whole picture.
