It was 3-4deg during "high boost".

Boost is flat and nice :) Sensor is Bosch 400kPa with integrated AT sensor. Wastegate control valve is E75 stock VW and is working perfect. There was no pain to set up PID and tube network this time.

What wastegate are you using?

As far as I know you get the 3076 in both internal and external?

Internal one.
Actuator is 52mm diameter from the stock setup with modified mounts. There is no place behind the engine to fit bigger one.

Is it possible to share more data?

Like Ign advance, Duty Cycle, knock?
What fuel were you running and Specs.

Why do you have that flutuation with the lambda, if your boost was stable?

Are you running hi/lo injectors?

If you could add the log file it will help to understand the whole picture.

Regards
