Strange fuelling issue

Hi all looking for some answers to a current issue with a Toyota supra running M800 with CDI 8. The car had been tuned to 6000 rpm only as there was an issue with the wastegate controlling boost leading to overboosting, I've had the car parked up for most of the winter and just got it out this spring with a view to getting some use from it and having it tuned with it's new wastegate set-up. I noted that now when the car is under load it starts to misfire badly at around 5500 rpm and a friend moved the limiter just to be sure it was not that causing the issues. I put a new set of plugs in the car and it seemed a little better but it still misfired, while changing the plugs over I noted that cyl 1 was lean then 2 was not, 3 was lean and 4 was not and so on. I cannot understand why the plugs would be reading in this manner and hope that someone might be able to shed some light on this for me. Also can someone tell me what error sync runt means and is this possibly related as this comes up in the software about 10 secs after an error reset.

Regards Stu.

I would suggest that you might have a fuel delivery problem, either injectors or the pump. You should check the fuel delivery rate and have the injectors tested. The Runt error is just a warning to tell you that there is sme noise on the sync input. This can be eliminated by adjusting the MAg levels on the Sync input but it will not actually caus a running problem.
