optimize injection timing when secondary injectors are used

hello,

how can i find out optimal injection timing when i use secondary injectors?

the values in my actual map are from an older engine (before i bought the car, the maps were in the ecu).
now we have an other inlet and a higher compression ratio. it is a turbo engine with about 500hp.

end of injection is chosen.
at 1000 rpm i have 40 degrees, 2000rpm 60 degrees and so on.

the secondary injetion has 150 degrees at 1000rpm, 220 at 3000rpm...

i read some postings in this forum, but i do not know how i can optimize it for the new engine.

should i adjust it in the neutral gear every 500 rpm or does engine load has an effect?

the secondary injection only is active at high load(50:50 at 300kPa), how can i get the right values?

thanks for your help.

regards
fetzi

My limited experience says you will probably need a dyno to hold it at load (in gear)at various rpms and see what your lambdas are doing when it cuts in, make some adjustments forward and backward ( small ) and see where it goes ( lean / rich ). You will soon see what the engine likes.
