which mapper

Postby tom-r33 on Sat May 05, 2012 3:40 am

Hi!

I have an M84 which i have wired in, got the car running and driveable with everything appearing to work as it should
I will be purchasing an SKM very soon and would need someone to set it up (i can wire it in) and map the engine properly
The engine is an RB25DET which is in a rear wheel drive skyline. It has a GT30 turbo and all the supporting modification required to produce around 500bhp.
Who would you guys say would be best to map this for me and why would you recommend them? (contact details appreciated!)

if anyone was wondering I was going to use the guy I purchased the ecu from, but after seeing what he was and wasn't doing I decided against it

Thanks in advance
Tom

Dave Rowe is generally regarded as one of the top Motec guys ( ex Motec )

http://www.epsmotorsport.com

or Richard at the Powerstation

http://www.powerstation.org.uk/index.asp

Or you could possibly try

http://www.enginetuner.co.uk/contact.htm

Not sure how familiar they are with Motec though. A phone call would soon tell.
