I'm trying to understand the best way to dial in EOIT for light load/cruise rpm. 2000rpm @ 50kPa.
From what I gather, it is best to inject the fuel against a closed intake valve for better evaporation, better mixing, cleaner burn.
So with my cam specs being IVO 354.5*, IVC 591.5*, EVO 113.5*, EVC 360.5*
With a large fuel system, fuel injector.....my IDC is really low (3%) and Pulse Width (1.7ms) at 2000rpm/50kPa.
My ECU doesn't know my cam specs, it only knows what I enter for EOIT.
My current setting for EOIT is 440* from a previous tuner, but with a small pulse width i am really thinking that this should be much sooner....say around 320*-340*.
I wont get to test this until next week to see if drivability changes/improves/or nothing at all.
Would I even notice a difference in drivability, or lambda stability?
