RPM Limit m4

Postby Arvind_D on Sun Jan 26, 2014 6:12 am

Hello guys,

I am currently setting up the ecu for my honda CBR 600 engine 1992 model.

I am stuck at RPM limit.

I would like to know what is it used for and whether I require it.

Any help will be appreciated.
:)

Thanks

It sets the maximum allowed RPM (revolutions per minute) that the ECU will allow the engine to do under open throttle condition (this limit can be exceeded but over revving the engine using a incorrect downshift) it should be set to an appropriate value for your engine, start with the one used by the manufacture of the stock engine that you are using and change it from there to suit.
