Motec 5Hz GPS receiver on RS232 to my M800 as shown in the webinar. Should I be able to see it's working OK by looking in "View Sensors" and moving the GPS unit around a bit, with the car pushed outside of the workshop? The GPS is on a race car that needs pre heating and messing with to start, and move under its own steam, and every start is X dollars of its life hours. Just done the wiring, and wondering if that's a viable way to check it out before venturing to a circuit? Thanks.

View sensor->GPS tab will give you raw values. Check Altitude value, which should correspond to your location.

Thanks Angelo, I have got it working now, and mapped a lap of the front garden, top speed 13.5 MPH, by putting the ecu in another vehicle ;)
