SDC2 User Channel settings

Is there a list of user channel settings for the M800 that correspond to the SDC2 'ECU2' channels and default scaling?

I see the SDC2 manual lists the individual channels and the units of measurement, but it says nothing about default scaling for the signal itself.

Also, all of my current speed measurement and gear calculation settings in the M800 are in MPH... is there any way to receive the SDC2 wheel speed data in MPH or must I convert everything to km/h?
