SDC2 "snow" map

Postby petkan on Tue Feb 14, 2012 4:22 am

Hi guys,

It is a beautiful winter here in Europe. I've got SDC2 (along with M800-OEM) installed in my STi N12 and i was wondering if there's map better suited for snow driving.

I do realize there's no such thing as "the best" snow map as there are too many variables (car setup, suspension, driver style, road conditions, etc.) but at least some guidelines will be much appreciated.

cheers,
Petko

You have semi-answered your own question. :)

The "best" map is the one that you tune yourself as it must suit you and your car. Try different amounts of lock and keep track of which amount of lock you preferred for the different speeds, throttle positions in acceleration or braking and use these numbers for the % lock tables.
