Startup map request for Toyota 2JZ-VVTi

Does anybody have a startup map or at least cam/crank/vvti settings for M800? Not looking for a readymade tune but basic settings to start her up.

Crank has 36-2 with vr sensor, and inlet cam has three teeth spaced 120 degrees, with vr sensor too. Couldn't find anything suitable from software but maybe it's just me
