how do you copy and paste files

as in the question fellas, i have a tune id llike to share but i have no idea how to make it accessible to others :oops:
Its been requested a few times from me but so far i cant seem to figure it out .
I have old school M2R dos unit. how can i make it a "file" to send :)

You need to create a new post, like this.

then below this box, you will see Options, and next to that, upload Attachment.

Select upload attachment.

Click Browse, and find your tune file from there.

Generally they will be found in c:\motec\<ECU type and version\*.<version>

Select the file, click add the file.

That should about do it.
