2008> Suzuki Hayabusa Start Up File Please

I had a Motec M4 on my 2004 Suzuki Hayabusa Turbo before it got taken out by a drunk driver. Now I want to fit an M800 to my 8 injector 2008 Hayabusa to have a 1580cc Supercharged Busa Motor fitted in it that is currently being slowly built. Any help much appreciated. Any Motec info or direction to setting up the Secondary Throttle Valve & Actuator would also be of help. Will be using OEM dash.
