Honda S2000 starting program

We just change the engine on a TOYOTA COROLLA AE86 and put a Honda S2000 in! We use M400, and I need a starting program for the S2000 engine 2005, no variable timing but with two cam sensors (I know that the one is not used)
Any help appreciated!!
