ECU manager crashing

Postby Allan L on Thu Aug 11, 2011 9:23 am

I have a very odd issue, installed ECU manager the other week on my desktop PC and it was working fine now it is crashing on start-up, the only changes have been windows updates...

Anyone else experiencing this?

I'll un-install and re-install it tonight but seems like an odd error...

Allan,

Software issues which cause crashes are something that the engineers in Australia like to take care of quickly but they may not see some forums posts for a while. I would suggest sending the information you've already provided, as well as any error dumps you may have, to support@motec.com.au.

They may tell you that they've seen it and are working on it but they will be grateful if they have not.
