ECU Manager 3.54 on Windows 7-64 bit operating system

Hello,

I am trying to installing the "M400 M600 M800 M880 ECU Manager V3.54E2" on my Windows 7 64 bit operating system as administrator. The setup proceeduere is starting, the Motec folder is created on my C: drive (including only a named "make" subfolder, which has subsubfolders with files) and then no further action is done; it seems that the installation is paused, however there is in the list of the Windows Task Manager Processes. I have to mention that I also had disabled both Antivirus and Firewall.
Has anybody else faced the same problem?

On the contrary, the MoTeC i2 Standard 1.0 software was installed and is running perfect!

I'm having the same issues with installing this (newest) version of the ECU manager. Is it not supported on Win 7?

I have it installed on my home PC here, W7U 64 bit and it works fine.

However...there has been times when it has simply stopped working. Likewise with i2standard

Click the icon, and nothing happens.

Only a re-install of windows got them working again. Nobody was able to help get them working any other way

So something somewhere must have been clashing...no idea what though.
