TIPS ON HOW TO SYNC REAL TIME(during race telecast) WITH LOG

Hello fam,
this time I am trying to align a few incidents on the track which I have noted down while watching the telecast of a particular race and I am trying to find the answers on what might have caused it with the help of the data and for this I want to align the telemetry file with the time stamp which I have noted down from the telecast.
