Color band on numeric gauge issue

I have a numeric gauge which has either a '0' or '1' value.
I set the colour band property to go red when >=1.
Value == 1, it will not turn red.
What is really odd, is that I have this on four gauges and the other 3 work fine
Anyone know why?
