custom workspace option greyed out

On my I2 standard i cant use the custom workspace loading, it is greyed out.
I installed with same file on another laptop and it works fine

I have the same issue in I2 std
Any Ideas how fix this ?

This is expected behaviour.
If you Export a workspace from i2 Standard you are given the option to name it and assign a logo.
This will archive the workspace to a .i2tplt-archive file.
When you extract the archived workspace (double click in File Explorer) it will appear under Workspace>Open Custom Workspace.
