Adding a car type to an existing WorkBook

I am looking for someone that can update an existing workbook with a new car to utilize the current information available in the WorkBook.
I can pay you for your time, I am just not sure what is needed to do it so I can send you the workbook and then you tell me what info you need.
The information is used in iRacing
