I2 Standard workspace

Good day guys,

I am new to the forum and I am not a Data Engineer, but I do have to analyse some basic data within my role in motorcycle racing. I have used I2 Standard for this season, also found its limits very quickly with limited Maths functions.

Is it possible to transfer a Workspace from i2 Standard across to i2 Pro, or is it easier to develop a new workspace?

It is a little bit of a manual process, but yes you can transfer them.

In Windows, click Start and type %appdata%. Then go to MoTeC\i2\1.1\i2 Standard\Workspaces and copy your workspace folder.

Go to Documents\MoTeC\I2\Workspaces and copy the workspace folder into there.

Now in i2 Pro, go to File>Workspace>Open Workspace. Click 'Browse' and find your copied workspace folder, open it and then select the 'Workspace.i2wsp' file.

Thanks Adrian, one of the guys from Motec Europe got back to me and sent me something to help while I await a new licence so I got it rebuilt from scratch this afternoon. Now the fun starts with Pro where I can expand the drastically basic workspace I was working with
