Identify alarm that triggered warning light

Postby Trevan on Tue Mar 20, 2018 8:22 am

Hi Guys,

Does anyone know of a quick way to figure out which alarm condition triggered the warning light in i2? I have added the warning light channel to my time distance graph and can see when it was triggered but would ideally like to know what triggered it if possible.

Cheers,
Trevan

I should add that I am currently doing this by manually adding each alarm channel into the graph and looking for one that corresponds with the warning light trigger. Is this the best way?

Hi Trevan,

Yes using the individual alarm channels is the correct way to do it.

The warning light was originally designed for exactly that, to turn an external light on and off. There isn't any way to use that channel to determine which alarm actually turned the light on.
