Folks, on the image below:

On this particular log I see a "DRIVEN" lines (which I overrode to blue) along with the RED "data" line.
Why could they be different? On a different log of the same day some laps also show it and some laps are overlaid (which makes more sense).

PS: Is there also a way to better line up the google imagery with the track? it seems in some instances that I went off track.

Any ideas or explanation please?

When you create a track map you select whether it is the driven, inner or outer line. You can then choose to display any or all of those to compare to your current data. The only way the driven line and the current data will line up exactly is if it is the lap you used to create your track map.

To fine tune the map image you can hold CTRL and then use the arrow keys. Unfortunately there isn't much we can do about that, the image position accuracy is simply as good as Google gives it to us.

I see, so I can turn off the "driven" line since I am not quite sure which lap that was. Then a red lines will be "accurately" the lap I am analyzing (?)

Correct, right click on the GPS Track Map and then click properties. In the display tab near the bottom there are tick boxes for Driven/Inner/Outer Lines. Untick the ones you don't want shown. You will then only have the line for the data you are analysing (and any overlays).
