I have posted this topic in the past and for the last couple years, have not figured it out. I have called and spoke to people at Motec and they have logged in my computer, then had to get back to me after researching it. I was told to install some software and it still did not operate properly. I also have tired reinstalling II2 Pro. I know there is a fix because it worked before I reformatted my hard drive.
The problem is when I view the data in I2 Pro, the video is choppy and there is no sound. This is a big problem. If anyone can reach out to me and explain how to fix this, we would greatly appreciate it. We have a complete Motec system including, ADL3, PDM, M880, and E816. PLEASE help! Thank you.

If you highlight the video window (rather than the time/distance graph) is it still choppy?

Yes its still choppy. With the old computer I would hi light the video window and the video played properly. I have to get this repaired. So far no one can figure this out.

What version of windows do you have?
Below is a link to a program called graphedt, it basically shows you which codecs are being used to play the video.
Can you please download it, run the either the 32/64bit versions depending on your PC, drag and drop the video file you are having issues with into it and then post a screen shot of the block diagram up here.

How big is the video file? Is it possible for you to upload for me to test here?
You can send a link to
support@motec.com.au if you prefer not to post it here.

I haven't seen anything come through, did you email the video directly or upload it to dropbox or similar?
Our email server will reject anything with attachments over 20MB.

It is too large of a file. I have tried. Any other way we can do this?
