Do you have the "pro" licence on your CDL3? If not then you need i2 standard....assuming you have the logging license.

The M84 can't be used with pro, you need to use i2 standard.

There are two ways to open log files with i2 Pro:

1. Get the Pro Analysis upgrade for the device. Any log file that is created by a device with the upgrade can be opened by anyone with the freely downloadable i2 Pro software.

2. Get the 'Open Standard Log File' licence for i2. This will allow you to open any log file with i2 Pro whether the device has the Pro Analysis upgrade or not. This can only be used on a single laptop and is a yearly subscription.

As Denis said the M84 does not have the Pro Analysis upgrade available, so your only option would be the i2 licence.

If you want to check what licences you have, in the CDL3 go to Online>Dash Options or in i2 go to Help>Licences

I typed the passwords and it writed " The option has been enabled ".But i still can't open the log file from the CDL3 using i2 pro . And the logging still is Std logging . So what happened to that ? Or did i missed anything ?

So in Dash Manager if you go to Online>Dash Options it has Pro Analysis in the list but doesn't create pro log files? Can you screen shot that window and send it to me as well as a log file that isn't opening in i2 Pro.

I noticed you have raised a support ticket on this issue as well. It is probably easier if we continue this conversation through the support system alone rather than a number of different forum posts as well as email.
