If I have a logged data file on my laptop and have no problem opening it up and viewing it in i2 Standard can someone else with another laptop, with i2 Standard, receive via email that file and open it up and look at the data? I know that when I open i2 and click open file a list of logged data sessions is displayed. I also know if you right click one of the files you can copy/cut/paste that file into an email. The only problem I am having is the ability to open that file once I email it to the second computer.
Any help?

if you do as you have done, you will be able to open the file on another computer. the LD file (not the ldx) is the most important file...

make sure both computers are using the latest version of i2....

Also worth noting it is much easier to save the file from the email into a folder and then open i2 and open the file from there as windows doesn't open i2 if you double click the file in the email.
