Track Maps - .mt2 & .mp1

I have made a few new track maps from logged data (using Lateral G & Speed) with "Create Telemetry Monitor compatible track map files" checked under the "Options" tab in the Track Editor, and the non-compatible .mt2 file is all that is generated. I have searched my hard drive just in case the Telemetry Monitor compatible .mp1 files are being stored in another location, but they are just not there.
Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?
I'm using I2 Pro 1.19.0021, Windows 7 64-bit. A colleague has the same issue, with the same software/hardware.
Thanks

are you using the latest i2?
there is an issue where we are trying to write the track map files to the track map directory, and windows is blocking it..
have you tried running i2 as an administrator..

It's the User Account Control in Windows 7.
If you turn it off (Never notify), reboot, and make a map, the .mp1 files are then stored in C:\Program Files (x86)\MoTeC\Track Maps where you can find them.
According to the dialog box for UAC settings, "Choose this only if you need to use programs that are not certified for Windows 7 because they do not support User Account Control". Not sure what it means security-wise, but I have telemetry maps now.

Hello,
I have the same issue.
Could someone give me an explanation how to create telemetry monitor compatibe track maps, please?
I tried the follwing:
I turned the user control off like rdmahurin explained it.
Then I run the latest i2 pro as admin and opened my data.
Afterwards I opened the track editor, checked the box "create telemetry monitor compatible..", and pushed generate track.
This is all i have to do, isn't it?
But in the track maps folder are still only the old maps generated with another notebook.
Thanks
Edit: Ok now I have the track maps (MoTeC saves the new track maps not under program files (x86) like before, but under program files\Motec\track maps)
