Manual video sync problem

Hello, I'm having a problem manually syncing a video to the timeline in I2 analysis.

I have followed the directions in the help menu, about how to add a video, and have also followed the forum advice to get rid of any folders that show in video options & reset the database. My video also plays fine in Windows Media Player and also in the I2 preview window.

The problem I seem to be having is that I cannot unlock the video from the timeline and the video was not shot in synchronicity with the telemetry data. This should not be a problem because you have a manual sync option available, but I have not been able to get it to work.

In the help file it says to manually sync a video you need to toggle the video controls on, and click the padlock icon to unlock the video from the timeline. Then you need to set the cursor on the timeline, on the place where the video starts, and then click the padlock icon again.

The problem I am having is that the padlock icon does not seem to function. I cannot unlock the video and the controls are greyed out and never become active. Any help you could be would be great. Thank you.
