I dropped that sheet into my workspace Setup Sheets folder (Lives on the C: drive in the default location), opened the sample Calder file, and when I used Tools->Setup Sheets all the channels were found. I am using the I2 Pro Beta (1.1.3.1838 64-bit) on Win7. So nothing wrong with the spread sheet.

It works fine for me too.

Can you check something for me, with your setup sheet folder set to C:\MoTeC\Setup Sheets, go to C:\MoTeC and there should be a folder called "Cache". In that folder there should be a file with the same name as your setup sheet except it will have a .mss extension instead of .xlsm

If you make a change to your setup sheet and save it. Check to see whether the 'Date Modified' of the .mss file updates.

Cache folder checked. Nothing in it.
I did a search on my C drive for *.mss files and found some in an old folder structure, that i know was used with the older version 1.0 version of MoTeC. That setup sheet folder was named "SetupSheets", so i tried to rename the current to C:\MoTeC\SetupSheets\.. but that did not help either.
