Is it possible to split the audio out signal and ground to different camera's from one video sync module to have more views in one log file ? For example towards two caméra's.
You need the I2 pro option before this works.
We have a M600 and ADL2, do we need the update for both modules ?

You will need one VSM for each camera view you wish to use, so no, you can't split the signal to more than one camera. The VSM is driven by an Aux Output from an ADL2 or SDL, using latest release versions of ADL2 Dash Manager or Sport Dash Manager. In your application, the VSM only works with the ADL2 (not the ECU) so you will only need the Pro Analysis upgrade for the ADL2, to allow you to make use of the video functionality in i2 Pro
You can find more info on the VSM on the main website at:

Is there a special procedure to upgrade to version 4.5.
I saw after installing the software that my .D44 files were automatically converted to .D45
What about the dash, is there an upgrade necessary ?

As with all MoTeC software, you need to ensure that the level of firmware inside the unit matches what you have on your computer. To do that, make sure you have a copy of your latest configuration saved on file, then go to the Online menu in Dash Manager, and select "Upgrade Dash Version". This will then upgrade the firmware in the ADL2 to match what you have on your computer.

Can you use one Aux Output for multiple VSMs?

One VSM is needed for each camera view you intend to use, and one Aux Output is needed for each VSM, so no you can't use one Aux Output for multiple VSMs

Dear Chris, while conversation goes on, what is max number of camera that we mayt use? Can we have 3 camera's? I have client that would like to have 3 cameras. Maybe we can later decide which one to use, but for sure to have 3 videos and later have possibility to see them with i2 Pro.
Kind regards Pascal
