Retractable Can Cable for MDD

I need to install a MDD on a steering wheel and do not have the option of running the cable through the steer shaft. With the steering wheel having 2-turns lock to lock, I need a coiled cord (retractable cord) to terminate to the MDD.

Has anyone come up with a coiled cord that contains 4-conductors with 1ea twisted pair. Knowing the CAN requires a twisted pair, I am having difficulties located a cable that will work.

Any recommendations are appreciated.
