Postby Takumi on Fri Aug 01, 2008 6:15 am

I an using 22 gague wire for the EGT's and CAN.
What is the max size wire i can use for the power and ground? this is a AMP connector.
im using pin A17 power, A10,A11 for ground
Should I use A17, B8, B9 20gague and splice to a 12gague?

Hi,
It depends what you are driving with the outputs, the unit itself uses very little power. If you are using all outputs to their maximum then what you have suggested would be good. But if not using any outputs, a single 20 gauge for +12v and GND would be fine.
You can fit up to 16 gauge Tefzel wire into the AMP connector no problem.
