2 sets of DMCD's fried

Postby Ben-S on Mon Jun 08, 2009 12:49 pm

I'm using two DMCD's as converters for the abs sensors on my Honda S2000 and have now gone through a total of 4 of them. I will check the VPP and Amp output of the stock sensor tomorrow (did not have the equipment where this set went out). I normally use gear as the 4d axis and traction control so it's a pretty big issue. I can't imagine the stock sensors are putting out over 120Vpp or 5A. Has anyone else had this type of issue?

Voltage confirmed to be well under 120Vpp (not even half that). Interesting thing is I have had 4 of these and one of the original ones still works while the other 3 do not work at all.
