I would like to know if there is a way to register my m800oem to you to avoid
falsely reported stolen in case there is an argument with my tuner.

Why would there be an argument with your tuner resulting in a dispute over ECU ownership?

If you have good title to the ECU, and in any and all other respects it is legally yours, then it is yours. End of.
