Cam trigger issue

Hi all need some help
I've just bought a brand new M800 ecu for my Subaru Impreza V7 uk model
It's been installed and had a map on it to start up and runs fine on idle
Soon as you drive it and engine gets to 2500rpm it goes limp, like something holding back then once it goes past 3000 rpm it comes to life again and takes off like it should do.
It's cam trigger related but not sure where.
I've bought two brand new genuine Subaru crack and cam sensors. Wasn't that.
Have a new wire loom made direct from
Cam and crank sensor straight to ecu. Wasn't that.
Tried another brand new m800 ecu. Wasn't that.
New cam AVCS pulley fitted in case it was the pick up points damaged. Still wasn't that.
Tried spacing the cam sensor back abit with a flat washer just made it run worst.
If u start the car and unplug cam sensor it runs perfect just how it meant to.
So I don't know where to go from here.
Any help at all?
Many thanks Marshy
