I want to log the output of an electronic boost controller via the Motec.

Is it as simple as hooking up the ground trigger to the solenoid to a digital input on the M800 ? Obviously it is a ground trigger only.

Not using the Motec for boost control obviously, but want to monitor the solenoids duty's for diagnostic/reference purposes

Pulse measurement then write a math that has the frequency of the boost controller's output, then you can determine DC%.

Not honestly sure if it uses a fixed frequency or not. It's mostly for reference anyway, so as long as the numbers are consistent, that's enough
