Subaru STI7 Cam control

Anyone have any pointers for a good starting point ? ( no dyno access )

2.35 build, PT63mm turbo with supporting mods, ( similar to a GT35 )

Is TPS vs RPM the best way to go about it ? or MAP vs RPM ?

Original map supplied with the ecu was TPS vs RPM, but from what I can gather, this map doesnt bare that much resemblance to many OE ecu maps.

MAP / RPM is better. It will be a hard job to do it proper without dyno.
