What does the SyncMag Sensor levels table look like?

Look in Adjust->Sensor Setup->REF/SYNC Sensor Setup->Sync MAG Sensor Levels

Read the help (press F1 when this table is displayed), it has hints on where to set the levels.

There does seem to be a little bit of "noise" or something on the cam signal, and true it does look like it's following the crank trigger. It's too small to be of any concern though. The trigger thresholds are far above that.

It's a pnp unit on the OEM wiring loom.

Holmz,
Are you of the opinion thatthe ac voltage created by the crank sensor becomes too high at high rpm for the m800 , and the ecu needs to chop the voltage (maybe the ecu can't keep up with the crank sensor) and adding a couple of resistors would drop the voltage and give the ecu an opportunity to handle the voltage chopping?
...

I do not think that the level matters, but...
I do not know if the m800 uses time or frequency domain for the processing.
...Which I suppose means it must be done in time domain.
And in the time domain, "zero crossing" means from some level below zero to some above, or from the other direction.
So yes the clipping, and level, is important.

You talk abut the voltage level from the magnetic signals, but you might find it beneficial to consider it as a current (which it is because the mag sensor looks like a generator, because it is a coil)
Since it is a current on the wires, there are huge magnetic fields around the wires.
That cross talk is huge in the screen capture.
How do your wires run?
Are all the sensor wires twisted? (Start with twisting them).

If you could have both sensors on the same wire they would do that as OEM.
As the rpm is increasing I suspect that the signal level then gets high enough to case the problem.
While one could put in a couple of resistors and probably cure the symptoms, it is better to cure the root issue and sort out wiring.

I don't believe the screen capture is from the original poster -- I was confused by that, too.

I posted the screen capture from a car that is now running 100% fine. But it is from the same type of vehicle, same ecu, same trigger etc.

It was just for reference only, and to show the ref/sync capture does work fine at high rpm.

It does get runt errors though. These have no effect whatsoever on the running of the engine, which is circa 650hp and pulls 8500rpm with ease

1) is there a screen capture for this engine?

2) That other engine is making 650HP...
But it should probably not have that high of cross talk on the signals.
