Need Help car not running right after ecu update

I recently update to v35 in my evo 8 as i needed some features that v23 didnt offer, but the only reason i was using v23 beacuse i was well used to it.
I converted the files, and checked everything as instructed.
the car starts fine but it idles very rough and it can hold the steady idle, and if i tip the throttle car revs around 2k rpm and it wont settle??

I wonder if thats something to do with new tables Injector battery comp, and injector scaling?
Im running sard 1000cc injectors,
Does motec have any suitable tables for these injectors please? i only found listings for delco and bosch injectors in motec Help section?

WHen you upgrade from 2.3 to 3.5 the PID values for idle control do not upgrade because the PID algorithim was changed in V3.x to improve the resolution of the PID parameters. All of the other parameters should upgrade ok. I would suggest that you re tune the PID values for your idle control before adjusting anything else (assuming that it was running ok on V2.3). I would start with the following values:
Idle:
Proportional Gain 1.20
Integral Gain 0.00
Derivative Gain 0.80
Dead Band 40
Activate TP 2.0
Activate Ground Speed 4.0
Activate RPM 1450
RPM Filter 6
